Full of laughter and entertainment; her spirit is vibrant and energetic.  Melinda Santiago may have been the youngest of four children but she always had a huge personality that could light up a room!  Melinda was born in Gary, Indiana where she learned at an early age, the importance and value of family, friends, and helping those in need.  She always knew that her bigger calling was to touch and care for the well being of others. 

 

Melinda is a hard-working, dependable, and trustworthy professional. The many relationships that she has developed and nurtured over the years have enabled her to be a successful Manager to many artists, athletes, and celebrities alike, enhancing their careers through connecting and consulting.  Melinda believes in helping people.  ​

 

  After 23 years in the corporate world, she decided to pursue her dream full-time. Melinda started The Santiago Firm eight years ago and it is grounded in some of the core values that continue to shine through her: honesty, loyalty, and reliability, to name a few.  One of her mottos is “God blesses good business”.  Her artist branding and management company is a “good business” that is thriving and adding positivity to those she touches. A few of her latest projects include working with The Lupus Foundation and Arts for Life.
